Attorney Ambrose is one of the presenters at this years Criminal Law Symposium on June 7th and 8th in Harrisburg, PA. He is going to be discussing Cross Examination Techniques in Hazing Cases; Dealing with Rickers and Victim Impact Testimony in Sexual Assault Cases.
Hazing cases are becoming more and more prevalent every year. The Penn State case is a vivid example of this. The renewed emphasis on victim rights has also lead to more frequent introduction of victim impact testimony in order to enhance the credibility of the alleged victim. Join Mr. Ambrose and learn cross examination techniques to make you more effective in these types of cases.
